Causes of back pain and ways to get rid of them

1. Sitting hunched over:

The session in which you are bent forward reflects the basic and correct structure of your spine, and your forward bend may cause more pressure on your spine, so if you are forced to sit in this position for long periods, you must move your head and rotate it forward and backward and to the sides every half hour In order to reduce the pressure and pain caused by the curved sitting position.


If you suffer from pain in the neck area due to sitting for a long time, it may be useful to place cold or warm compresses on the place of pain for a short period, taking into account placing a layer of cloth and not touching the cold or hot material directly to the skin.


2. Eat a lot of sweets.

Your wrong choices of healthy food and too much reliance on processed food or sweets and fast-cooked foods may cause your immune system to weaken, making you more susceptible to diseases and infections, due to the lack of nutrients your body needs. Your body needs foods rich in proteins, minerals, and vitamins found in vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, and healthy fats, such as those found in nuts and avocados, so that it can build healthy muscles, bones, and tissues.


Try to focus on foods rich in calcium, phosphate, and vitamin D, which are important for building bone.


 


3. Sleeping mattress:

A sleeping mattress may cause you back and neck pain and a change in body shape after a certain period, so you have to pay close attention to the type of mattress you sleep on, and sleeping for a week on the floor without a mattress may help you get rid of back pain and have a healthy structure.


 


4. Sleeping on the back:

This may be one of the best back pain relief positions, but you may need to get used to it if you are used to sleeping in different positions. You should also put a pillow under your knees so that you can get the correct sleeping position, and you will also have to try several pillows of different heights until you find the one that gives you the feeling of comfort during sleep.
